TIPS ON PREVENTING HEART PROBLEMS

Stop smoking.

Stop drinking alcoholic drinks.

Learn to relax.

Prayer and meditation helps you reduce stress when life gets you down.

Exercise regularly.

Reduce fat intakes.

Drink enough water.

Take calcium, magnesium, vitamins E, B6 and c supplements.

Take enough garlic either fresh or as pills.

Eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetable.

Be close to your doctor.
